New Friend Alert: Neo Blythe "Dolly Days - Sleepover"

We finally have a new Blythe release to look forward to! In May, the second doll in the Dolly Days series, “Dolly Days - Sleepover”, will be released!
For those who don’t remember, the Dolly Days series is a series of budget-friendly dolls, ideal for those who new to the wonderful world of Blythe or doll collectors looking for an affordable option. This series was created after non-authentic Blythe dolls gained popularity online.
The first, Neo Blythe “Dolly Days - Weekend” was realized in August 2025.
I actually knew that this doll was coming because someone leaked some Blythe information online. I only knew of the name, not what she looked liked. With that being said, she looks cute and we finally have another brunette on the way!
This time, the theme is all about cozy vibes and late-night laughs. It’s time to change into your cutest sets and enjoy a pajama party together! ♪

My first thoughts
I think the fluffy bear slippers and sleep mask are adorable! The dress I have mixed thoughts. The print is colorful and dreamy looking but depending on the fabric and how potent the design comes off, I can see it looking tacky. We will have to wait to see the final specifications.
It’s been a minute since we had a dark haired doll. “Suri Sustainable” (released in 2022) had dark brown hair but hair, based on all the photos I‘ve seen of her online, looked as if it had a reddish tint. Based on the illustration, “Lady Camellia” (released in 2016) has what I believe “Dolly Days - Sleepover” hair will look like. But, Camellia’s hair was described as a ‘purple-ash dark brown’ color. With that said, I welcome more brunettes in the Blythe world though! We need more dark-haired beauties in the wonderful world of Blythe!
This also makes me think if the Dolly Days will continue releasing dolls with more natural hair colors. We already had a blonde with “Dolly Days - Weekend” and now a brunette with “Dolly Days - Sleepover”. Will a red-haired girlie be next? Will she have bangs, too? Also, what ‘day’ do you think they’ll choose next?
